All my cakes are freshly baked to using fresh ingredients. I never use packet mixes. Below are some of the most popular flavours but do let me know if there is a particular flavour you would like.

RICH FRUIT CAKE – Made with vine fruits and steeped in brandy. Best made 3 months ahead.

CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE – Moist rich chocolate cake with a choice of chocolate buttercream or alternate layers of cherry jam & chocolate buttercream

CHOCOLATE ORANGE FUDGE CAKE WITH ORANGE BUTTERCREAM

MOIST CARROT CAKE  -With rum-soaked vine fruits, coconut, walnuts and spices

SPONGE CAKE FLAVOURS:

  Lemon and Elderflower with lemon & elderflower buttercream

  Traditional sponge with Rasperry jam & buttercream filling

  Lemon sponge with lemon curd buttercream filling

  Chocolate sponge with chocolate buttercream filling

  Coconut sponge with either raspberry jam & buttercream or lime & coconut buttercream

  Coffee sponge with or without walnuts and coffee buttercream

  Baileys sponge cake with Baileys buttercream

  Almond sponge with dark cherry jam & almond buttercream

  Champagne with strawberry buttercream

  Dark ginger with lemon buttercream

  Caramel sponge with salted caramel buttercream
